This policy explains how ITG GRC Consulting, LLC ("ITG," "we," "us") collects and uses information through itggrc.com, including the ITG Learning Academy, ITG Digital Defenders, corporate training, and contact pages.
Information we collect
- Information you submit in forms. This includes your name, email, phone number, organization, role, team size, schedule and background preferences, the programs you are interested in, and anything you write in a message field.
- Instructor applications. Your resume, experience, certifications, and LinkedIn or portfolio link.
- Training Needs Diagnostic responses. The answers you choose and any contact details you provide.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider and font provider may receive standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load a page.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, follow up about enrollment, pricing, and schedules, and prepare proposals.
- To review instructor applications.
- To send updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our programs, such as our website host and form processor (Netlify), our learning community platform (Circle), our courseware provider (uCertify), and our email provider. When you enroll in a certification course, we share the details needed to issue your exam voucher with the certification provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and applications only as long as we need them to respond, deliver training, and meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing learningacademy@itggrc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
ITG Digital Defenders is built for kids, but the forms on this website are for parents, caregivers, educators, and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
Student participation in Digital Defenders learning spaces is set up through a parent, guardian, or partner school. We collect only what we need to provide the program, and we obtain the consent required by law before a child under 13 takes part. Parents and guardians can review or delete their child's information, or end participation, at any time by contacting us.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information without consent, email learningacademy@itggrc.com and we will delete it.
Website terms
- Program information. Course content, schedules, and offerings may change. Pricing, cohort dates, and enrollment terms are confirmed when we follow up with you.
- Outcomes. Our training builds skills and prepares you for certification exams. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam, earn a certification, or get a job.
- Exam vouchers. Where a course includes an exam voucher, the voucher follows the certification provider's own rules, including expiration dates and retake policies.
- Statistics. Workforce and salary figures on this site come from the third-party sources named next to them and are given for general information.
- Content. Site content, course materials, and tools are owned by ITG GRC Consulting, LLC. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
